Vignola's Roasted Winter Point Oysters


  • 6 Maine winter point oysters
  • 6 tbs butter
  • ½ cup panko crumbs
  • 1 red cherry pepper diced
  • 2 green Italian pepproncini diced
  • ½ lemons


  • Pre heat grill to high for 15 minutes
  • Take 2 tb butter melt in tephlon pan, add panko crumbs and stir till golden brown and set aside
  • Next put 4 tb butter, cherry peppers and pepproncini in bowl and mix till consistent
  • Open oysters
  • Place pepper butter on oysters, top with panko crumbs and place on grill
  • Leave on grill till butter is melted and oysters are cooked
  • Place on serving platter and squeeze lemon on top
  • Next start over from top and enjoy again!
