By 2021, we pledged to use 1 million pounds of locally grown and processed grain, per year.

All of the brewery’s lights are motion-sensing LEDs.

Finding new homes for used material helps us keep 99% of our waste out of the landfill.

Sustainability

From using less water per barrel of beer to keeping more waste out of the landfill, we look at all of our brewing practices with an eye for sustainability. We view it as another way to be a positive member of our community, both local and global.
