Barrel-Aged Stout with Coffee

We aged two barrels of our North Sky stout, one for five months, the other for three. Then we blended those two barrels together and rested the beer on coffee beans from Speckled Ax for a single day. The result is this rich and roasty beer with notes of chocolate, coffee, caramel, and oak.
