The pilot batch for this smoked ale used malt smoked in brewer Jason Winchester’s back yard on Burnham Road. This is a creation of brewer and packaging guru Jason Winchester. Smooth amber beer. The bitter hop flavor and aroma blance out the powerful smoky sweetness of the malt.
