Dry-Hopped Coolship Resurgam
Coolship Resurgam is brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and aged hops. The beer is cooled overnight using outside air temperature in a traditional, large shallow pan known as a coolship—where it is also inoculated with wild yeast. Coolship Resurgam is a blend of this one-, two-, and three-year-old spontaneously fermented beer. Dry hopping with fresh, Maine-grown Comet hops adds notes of zesty grapefruit and tangerine to the beer’s balanced hints of apricot, lemon, and candied fruit.
