Wild Blend of Saison Ale and Muscat Grape Must

This balanced blend is half Muscat grape must (the juice of the freshly pressed grapes), and half foudre-aged wild saison. Combining the two and then fermenting them with a champagne yeast brings together notes of bright green grape with hints of orange and pineapple. A lightly tart, pleasantly complex beer.
