A blend of five different beers fermented in a mix of both bourbon and wine barrels. Copper in color. The aroma is defined by the presence of the Brettanomyces resulting in both a crusty bread and fruit character. The tartness works well with the light oak and distinct citrus flavors, which are followed by a gentle maltiness and dry finish.
