A moderately hoppy, high ester profile pale ale. All the grain is Maine Grown: 2-row Malt: Grown and Malted by Buck Farms in Mapleton (near Presque Isle), Raw Wheat and Rolled Oats from Maine Grains. Dry-hopped with Maine Grown Cascades from Alna Hop Farm, in Alna (near Newcastle). Fermented with a Belgian-style wheat yeast.
