The Cellars #1, the inaugural entry in our Cellars series of wild and barrel-aged beers, is a sour blonde ale aged on golden raspberries. Balancing tartness with ever-so-slight sweetness, its notes of lemon, raspberry, cantaloupe, and tangerine accompany its unexpectedly golden hue.

Beers in this series are only available at The Cellars, a guided tasting experience at our brewery in Portland, Maine.
