Update 3/14/20

This week has been a true roller coaster and every day we are regrouping and trying to make the best decisions for the long term health of our employees and guests. Based on the latest information—which is pointing toward increased, voluntary “social distancing” as a way to slow the spread of COVID-19 and “flatten the curve”—we are going to be closing our tasting room for 2 weeks. After that time, we’ll look at the situation and decide if it’s in our employees’ and guests’ best interest to re-open.

Starting Saturday 3/14, and through 3/28, we’ll be closed to the public for tastings and tours.

We’re now open for curbside pickup & delivery

Allagash is coming to a doorstep near you. If you’re in the Portland area, we’re offering beer delivery to your home along with curbside pickup at the brewery. Every packaged beer available in our tasting room—meaning limited, brewery-only releases as well as year-round favorites—are available through Allagash on the Fly.

Around the Brewery

As a preventative measure, we have made the decision to cancel all brewery tours for the next thirty (30) days. After that time, we’ll look back at the situation and decide whether or not it’s in our guests’ and staffs’ best interest to re-open them. Anyone who has already booked a tour will be reimbursed. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact We’ll be taking care of our tasting room staff with a mixture of paid time off and re-deploying to other projects in the company.

We still plan to be making beer during this time.

We will continue to monitor developments of the COVID-19 situation with the guidance of the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and federal and local governments, and continue to do what we think is best for the health of our employees and community.

From everyone at Allagash, we hope you stay safe and healthy.
