This wheat beer spent time with raspberries that had previously been used to age one of our wild beers. Using the fruit a second time is not only more sustainable, it adds layers of flavors to this wheat beer that we couldn’t get any other way. The result is a tart, berry-filled, multi-layered, and deliciously balanced beer.
