Join us for a brew (literally). The head of our Pilot Brewing team Patrick Chavanelle, and Quality Specialist Lee Reeve will be hosting a virtual pilot brew day this Friday.

During this low-key, informative brew session, Patrick and Lee will talk about our pilot system and answer your questions as they go. They’ll be brewing Lee’s beer idea: a shochu highball-inspired saison brewed with rice koji and locally grown Japanese buckwheat. Enjoying a beer (or pilot brew) of your own during the session is highly recommended.
