SUMMARY:Beer Release: The Cellars #10
DESCRIPTION:We aged a two-year-old batch of our spontaneous Coolship ale in clay pots for eight months\, adding wild blueberry honey before blending the beer with a barrel-aged version of Snow Report (our honey saison). To cap it off\, we conditioned the beer with early season honey from 2022 before packaging it. All three varieties of honey used in this very special beer were sourced right here in Maine. \nThis beer will only be available to guests at The Cellars\, both on draft and in 375mL bottles. \nPlease note that this release date is dependent upon the results of our quality control process and is subject to change.

Like a vibrant Maine sunset\, this hazy IPA’s panorama of juicy and tropical hop notes are brewed to help you take a moment\, and take it all in. \nThis beer will be available both on draft and in 4-packs of 16oz cans. \nAND\, as a special bonus\, we’re also releasing our latest vintage of Coolship Resurgam\, only on draft.
