Beer Dinner at Milk Money

We’ll be joining Milk Money on Thursday, February 27th 2020 for the 2nd collaboration event in their Beer Dinner Series. All foodies & craft beer enthusiasts are invited to join us to enjoy a five-course dinner tastefully paired with complementary craft beers.

BEER DINNER MENU INCLUDES:
COURSE ONE. stracciatella, thyme dough, coppa, basil, olive oil, tellicherry peppercorn
PAIRING: SAISON
Allagash Saison is our interpretation of a classic Belgian farmhouse-style ale.

COURSE TWO. kohlrabi, kale, roasted pepper vinaigrette, balsamic, mint
PAIRING: WHITE

COURSE THREE. tajarin, wild boar, spinach, pecorino romano, calabrian chilli crumb
PAIRING: CURIEUX

COURSE FOUR. rainbow trout, littleneck, salsa verde, castelfranco, apple
PAIRING: SIXTEEN COUNTIES

DESSERT. raspberry chocolate mousse, crème anglaise, pistachio crumb
PAIRING: BARREL & BEAN

An Evening with Allagash at Old Port Sea Grill

Join us on Wednesday, May 29th when we take over the bar and lounge at the Old Port Sea Grill & Raw Bar! Mark your calendars, this is going to be a fun evening!

Starting at 4pm, the following delicious beer and bite pairings will be available:

Darling Ruby – Farmhouse ale w/ grapefruit juice & zest
Pairing: Cajun Shrimp Flatbread – Charred pineapple, rep pepper, tasso cream, cilantro, arugula

Allagash White – Belgian style wheat
Pairing: Brewery to Table Meatballs – Brewer grain-fed beef, caramelized onion citrus sauce, faux brioche

Curieux – Bourbon barrel aged Tripel
Pairing: Bi-Curieux Bombs – Savory Profiteroles, seared scallop mousse, bacon, herbed smoked salmon rillette, maple glaze, toasted hazelnuts

Barrel & Bean – Bourbon barrel aged Tripel blended w/ Speckled Axe Coffee
Pairing: Barrel baked beans, smoked cheddar sauce, fried chicken skin, pickled red onion

FV-13 – Finish with this INCREDIBLE Sour Golden Ale aged in French oak.

Sur Lie 4th Anniversary Dinner

Join us as as Sur Lie turns four years old! In keeping with their yearly tradition, Sur Lie will be serving a  five-course family-style beer dinner with Allagash Brewing.

Tickets are $75/ person which includes the five course dinner with beer pairings.

There will be a cash bar cocktail hour from 5p-6p then dinner starting promptly at 6p.

Chef’s Dinner Series: Allagash

Hugo’s is pleased to announce the next installment of our dining series from James Beard Award-winning chefs Mike Wiley & Andrew Taylor! Throughout the year we will be hosting five-course tasting menu dinners inspired by different countries and regions, and their cuisine.

On November 8th we’ll be keeping things Maine-focused, with a regionally inspired 5 course prixe-fixe menu paired with some outstanding beers from our friends at Allagash! The doors will open at 6, beginning with a canapé reception. Come raise a glass with us as we celebrate autumn!

Tickets are now available for $150 per person, inclusive of tax, service, beer, food: everything.
