Coolship Cerise is aged on cherries sourced exclusively from our very own orchard behind the brewery. The beer is pale red in color with cherry and spice in the aroma. Cherry, oak and spice punctuate the flavor. A dry finish rounds out this tart and delightfully complex beer.
