WORKING AT ALLAGASH

Allagash is more than a place to work. We’re a community of people who care deeply about our part in making some of the best beers in the country. We strive to be one of the best places to work, anywhere, and offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a safe, friendly atmosphere.

We make beer that we’re proud of, using the highest quality ingredients we can source. Any employee, in any department, can try their hand at coming up with a beer recipe and making it (with the help of a brewer!) via our Pilot Beer Program. Constant innovation drives us; we pride ourselves on giving all of our supporters—from “beer geeks” to casual beer fans—unique experiences with beer.

Beer as a Force for Good

As a certified B-Corporation, we believe in using business as a force for good.  As leaders in the community, we strive to be good citizens—in Maine, in craft brewing, and beyond. Brewing is a resource-intensive operation, and we continuously work to reduce our impact on the environment. We volunteer to help make our community a better place by donating time, money and supplies wherever we can.

THE ALLAGASH TEAM

We’re a community of hard-working, dedicated people who love what they do. If you’d like to learn more about the excellent folks, from near and far, who make up our team, you’ll find them all below.
