  • Opt-Out Right.  Visitors may opt out of having their personal information collected by Company by not completing on-line forms or signing up for services or subscriptions.  To opt out after submitting personal information, visitors must contact Company via postal mail or e-mail. If you want to stop using your account you may deactivate it. When you deactivate an account, you will not be able to use our service and your information will not be capable of being viewed through our site. However, even after you deactivate your account, copies of your information including but not limited to name and email address may be retained by us as backup copies for legal and compliance reasons.
  • Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Information.  Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal records or cause their personal records to be removed from our web-store through the following link http://shop.allagash.com/account/login or by request via postal mail or e-mail.  In response to such a request, Company will send personal records only to the e-mail or postal mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.
  • Collection of Personal Data from Children.  Company does not attempt to collect personal information from children.  Personal information sent to Company, such as e-mail, which appears to be from a child, is deleted.  Company cannot always determine if a visitor to its Website or the sender of an e-mail is a child.
  • Links.  This Website contains links to other sites.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We do not review or control such sites and suggest that you review the privacy policies of such sites.
  • Public Forums, Referrals and Customer Testimonials.  The Company may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Company Sites.  Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages.  Company is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.  Company may post a list of Customers and testimonials on the Websites that contains information such as Customer names and titles.  Company seeks the consent of each Customer prior to posting testimonials.
  • Company’s Right to Change Privacy Policy.  Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time, without notice, by posting the new or revised Privacy Policy on the Website.
