Wondering about gluten?

We purchased lowbush blueberries from the Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Company, an organization that’s 100% owned and operated by the Passamaquoddy Tribe of eastern Maine. We then macerated, pressed, and fermented those berries in-house, using a yeast strain we isolated from one of our wooden barrels of Coolship beer, eliciting notes of blueberry pie, cherry, and mulling spices.
Ingredients: Blueberries from Passamaquoddy Wild Blueberry Company
Yeast: Bioprospected from Our Own Coolship Barrels
Availability: On Draft at the Brewery, 750mL bottles
