Farm to Face

Sour Ale Aged on Peaches

Farm to Face is bright amber in color and has aromas of peach and green apple. Drinking this medium-bodied beer is like biting into a juicy peach with tartness throughout. This beer begins as a blonde ale, fermented in stainless tanks with our house yeast. After primary fermentation, we add pediococcus and lactobacillus and age it for ten months with three pounds of peaches per gallon from our friends at Berry Fruit Farm here in Maine.
