Stout with Coffee Beans
We age a roasty and silky stout on coffee beans for 24 hours, at a rate of 1.5lbs of coffee per barrel of beer. The coffee, Ethiopia Suke Quto Natural, from Speckled Ax, imparts some lovely notes of cocoa and coffee into this dark and delicious beer.
