Barrel-Aged Beers
We think of barrels as more of an ingredient than a vessel. Using different barrels, you can add notes of spirits, oak, vanilla, toasted coconut, and more. They’re also used for aging our wild and sour beers. If you’d like to explore all of our currently available beers that spent time in barrels, click below!
Proud to B
Since 2019, we've been a Certified B Corp brewery, striving to brew for the good of our employees, community, and environment.

Dark Beers
A beer’s dark color comes from kilned malts. These specialty malts can add flavors of chocolate, coffee, and roastiness. Another fun fact: dark beers aren’t always heavy—some can have a very light, refreshing mouthfeel. Pilot Teamwork
When it comes to innovating new beer, we rely on every single person that works at Allagash. Doesn’t matter if they’ve been at the company for ten days or ten years. That’s how our pilot system works: anyone at our brewery with an idea can potentially create the next big Allagash beer.
