We took our sour blonde ale that’s aged in a foudre and aged it on 2lb per gallon of golden raspberries grown at Fisher Brothers Farm in Vermont. Balancing tartness with ever-so-slight sweetness, its notes of lemon, raspberry, cantaloupe, and tangerine accompany its unexpectedly golden hue.
