Its tropical, citrusy juiciness—a panorama of hop-derived flavors, including pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine, and pine—is balanced by refined bitterness. This IPA, our first year-round take on the style, was developed with input from our entire staff to achieve a refreshing balance of complexity and drinkability.
