Pick Your Own

Sour Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Cherries, Strawberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries

Pick Your Own begins as a sour red ale that’s aged in an oak foudre with Lactobacillus and Pediococcus for two years. After adding local raspberries, cherries, strawberries, and blueberries, it’s aged for three months to retain only the freshest fruit flavor. The finished beer is a vibrant ruby red with an aroma of ripe berries and vanilla. Its dry finish contains notes of bread crust and tart, juicy flavor.
