It is officially 30 years since we opened our brewery’s doors way back in 1995. Back then, it was one person, our founder Rob, and one beer: Allagash White. Now, it’s about 130 of us, plenty of beer, and a whole heck of a lot of reasons to celebrate.

Join us for our brewery’s actual birthday! On the big day you’ll find cake, cake, and beer. And cake. So stop by the brewery on this momentous day for a fresh beer and, of course, tasty tasty cake.
What’s up with the stuffed Moose?
Back around 1995, Allagash didn’t have the largest marketing budget. So, it was no small deal when an ad agency approached Rob with an idea: put some canoes, a placard with Allagash White, and stuffed animals on top of a couple cars and drive them around town.
Rob, being the visionary he is, said, “sure!” And, funny enough, it worked pretty well! So we’re bringing back that amazing event, driving a car with a canoe and a moose on top to a few of our favorite bars around Portland.

Great Lost Bear
7/24 (4-6pm)
Enjoy an Allagash White at the very first bar it was ever poured—way back in 1995. Rob, our Founder, and Jason, our Brewmaster, will both be there to celebrate with folks at this craft beer mecca, right here in Portland, Maine.
Flatbread
7/30 (4-6pm)
The pizza aficionados at Flatbread have served up some of the tastiest pies in town, all while serving up some of the freshest Allagash White as well. Come enjoy $1 off Allagash White, all day long, as well as some celebration with our team.
Luke’s Lobster
7/31 (4-6pm)
A fellow B Corp, Luke’s is a staple here in Portland, with some of the freshest lobster and certainly one of the most beautiful views of Casco Bay that any restaurant has to offer. Come on in and experience a quintessential Maine meal: Allagash White and freshly caught fare!
Thirsty Pig
8/7 (4-6pm)
A craft beer staple in downtown Portland. Visiting the Thirsty Pig means getting a sampling of one of the best-curated craft beer tap list, alongside some top-tier sausages. Come here if you like good vibes, good sausages, and fresh beer.
Dock Fore

An Allagash supporter since very near the beginning, Dock Fore is a Portland staple with more tenure than us here at Allagash. This bar is sure to deliver a true Portland experience for everyone to join.
