Weddings
At Allagash, we love love. And we’ve had more weddings than any other type of event here at the brewery. Our versatile and ambiance-filled spaces can be customized to fit your wedding’s vision. From full weddings to elopements, small weddings, rehearsal dinners, and day after brunches—we’d love to be a part of your special day.
Full Weddings
We’re happy to host your entire wedding, from rehearsal dinner, to ceremony, to the reception, and even the brunch after (if you so choose). Our knowledgeable team can help you work out all of the details to make your special event everything you’re hoping it can be. Some details on the weddings we’ve held.

Elopements
For those looking for a smaller, more intimate gathering, we love to host elopements. If your ceremony will host fewer than 55 people, this option has been extremely well-received.
Rehearsal Dinners
If you’re looking for an ambiance-filled, memorable space to host the evening before your big day, these spaces are perfect. Our guests particularly enjoy our Cellars space, featuring decor that includes barrels and beer, wine, cider and more to accent your evening. We offer flexible catering options, as well as drink packages, no matter the size of your event.
Brunch
With spaces that can be low-key, or a continuation of the festivities from the night before, our spaces are excellent for hosting a post-wedding brunch. Folks we’ve hosted have loved the chance to take advantage of buffet-style meals, that offer more flexibility for guests to come in and out. But the dining, drink, and seat arrangement options are wide, so that you can make your brunch the best it can be.
Business
We know that business and pleasure don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Which is why we’ve designed our spaces to host everything from the most business-critical meetings to staff-appreciation parties. Most, we’ve found, fall somewhere in between, with a business component, supported by our full A/V and flexible seating setup, followed by team building in the form of a tour, beer tasting experience, or an easygoing happy hour.
Board Meeting
Our venues are quiet, private, and a change from your usual business function’s setting. We have flexible furniture and ample A/V arrangements to accommodate the needs of board meetings of all sizes.
Networking Event
We’ve hosted up to 150 folks, comfortably, in our various venues. The ambiance and interesting decor, not to mention the award-winning beer, wine, and cider options, have made for successful networking events. Plus, the ample parking is a huge plus in setting your networking event off on the right foot.
Team Celebration
Celebrate your team’s achievements with a specialized experience here at the brewery. Our hospitality experts can create custom experiences for your team’s interests. Think: a team-building session followed by an educational beer-tasting experience. Or, how about a tour of our brewery, followed by a happy hour for the whole team, with a customizable selection of beers, wines, ciders, and Non-Alcoholic options, so there’s something for everyone.
Training
With movable furniture, and plenty of space, we’ve hosted trainings of all sizes and types. From those that require more open space for physical interaction to the types of trainings that require a fair amount of sitting and listening, we can customize our space to your needs.
Strategic Planning Session
There’s something to be said for being in a new space to reinvigorate your thinking process. We’ve heard amazing reviews from folks who have used our venues to host strategic sessions, where creative thinking and new ideas are paramount to success.
Celebrations
Some life events just require that extra-special touch. And our brewery venues, and staff, have more than enough specialness to go around. We love to host your anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations of all kinds. And if the idea you have isn’t listed here, even better! We love working together with hosts to create a customized experience that your guests will never forget.
Anniversaries
Nothing says “celebration” like hosting your big day in an actual brewery. Amongst our barrels of beer, wine, and cider, you can host a dinner, an open bar, a dancing-filled party, or all three (we love all three). Just come to us with the idea for your perfect anniversary, and we’ll help to make it a reality.
Birthday Parties
Some birthdays require a special bit of recognition. And we love hosting loved ones, friends, and guests of all kinds (up to 150!) for your next birthday celebration. There’s no time like the present to plan the birthday bash of the future.
