We took Snow Report—our strong saison brewed with local wildflower honey—and aged it in Jamaican rum barrels for three months. As the beer developed in the barrel, it picked up a heaping variety of flavors, including notes of pineapple, rum, and caramelized bananas.

This beer will be available on draft only at the brewery, and only for a limited time.
