To celebrate the versatility of one of our favorite styles of beer, the saison, we brewed this big, festive beer. Using local wildflower honey, we added a whole host of aromas, including citrus, spice, and even a touch of apple—all of which are rounded out by a lovely note of honey. This 8.6% beer will be available to go in 4-packs of 16oz cans.
