Join us for the draft-only release of Hop Pilot HQG024-001, an experimental version of our famed House Beer. This version was dry-hopped with HQG024-001, an experimental hop from the Hop Quality Group (HQG) breeding program. It was then fermented not with our usual House ale yeast, but with a Belgian Lager strain in its place. This brewery-only beer expresses an aromatic bouquet of grass, grapefruit, wildflower honey, pine, cereal, and iced tea.
