Ice cream and beer lovers, unite! Legendary Maine chef Krista Desjarlais (of Bresca & The Honeybee and the Purple House) will be at our tasting room on Saturday, February 12, from 12-4pm, for an ice cream popup featuring two ice cream options made with our beer. There’ll be:
🍦Allagash My One And Only ice cream with wood roasted plum, cherry and raspberry ripple.
🍦 Vegan Darkest Chocolate with Allagash Heart of Hearts ice cream, bittersweet chocolate, and raspberry truffles.
And to make the event a little more lovely, we’ll have a Valentine-making station as you savor the flavors. You’ll also be able to pair your ice cream with the beers used to make them, which will also be available in bottles to take home.
