Brewery-Only Rotating Saison
This rotating line of barrel-aged saisons will only be poured on draft in our tasting room here at the brewery. Beers in this series consist of pilot ideas and/or small-batch beers fermented with various strains of saison yeast, often co-fermented with wild yeast and bacteria, then aged in our wild barrel room.
