Coolship Merus

Unblended Spontaneous Ale

All of our Coolship beers are fermented using solely wild microbiota found in the open air. Only Coolship Merus goes unblended—meaning all of this batch comes from a single barrel, rather than a blend of multiple barrels. This year’s batch aged for two years in an American oak barrel and is layered with complex flavors like lemon, dried fruit, and oak. Enjoy this batch of Coolship Merus, because there will never be one like it again.

Grains: Pilsner Malt, Raw Wheat

Hops: Aged Whole-Leaf Hops

Yeast: Wild Serving Temp: 40-50°F

Ideal Within: Four Years
