Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stories Told
Stories Told is half dark, strong sour ale aged in bourbon barrels, half flemish-style sour brown ale. We blend those two beers and age them on fresh, locally grown cherries and blackberries for a rich, roasty, and vibrantly fruit-forward beer. This version of Stories Told was aged in bourbon barrels for an additional 16 months after aging on fruit.
