While some of these beers will re-appear with frequency in seasonal, or limited, fashion, most of the beers on this list will likely not return again. We just wanted to keep a running list, to share all of the innovative and, we think, absolutely delicious beers our staff has come up with.

When it comes to innovating new beer, we rely on every single person that works at Allagash. Doesn’t matter if they’ve been at the company for ten days or ten years. That’s how our pilot system works: anyone at our brewery with an idea can potentially create the next big Allagash beer.
