The Cellars #2

This blend was woven with threads of barrel-aged wild beers from the far reaches of our cellars, including wild saisons, spontaneously fermented beers aged on fruit, and even a touch of a foudre-aged Belgian-style quadruple ale. Moderately sour and light amber in color, this blend features aromatic layers of tropical and stone fruits along with a hint of funky sweetness.
