The Cellars #3

We blended our Coolship beer with the freshly pressed juice of Viognier grapes and aged the mixture in amphora wine vessels made of clay. The resulting notes of peach, stone fruit, and cherry are enhanced by a mild minerality imparted by the vessels, in tandem with a light, lingering sourness and a subtly sweet finish.
