Grand Cru

Brewed in the cooler months, this was one of our first “experiments”. Grand Cru traditionally means the “premier” beer for Belgians. We liked the idea of making a beer each year but playing with the ingredients each time we made it. Deep golden color, full bodied with suggestions of smoke and licorice, hint of hop character and bit of spice.
