Little Big Beer

This beer was made by taking the highly concentrated sugars at the beginning of the sparge for Big Little Beer, helping to create a strong beer. “Little” refers to the fact that it is the smaller volume of the two beers and “Big” refers to alcohol content. This beer is also aged for 8 weeks in oak barrels. Recipe was a collaboration with the Alstrom Brothers of Beer Advocate.
